PhotoLedger is a local-first app for assisting rental property condition records. Photos and ledger data are stored on the device by default. Cloud sync is not included in the MVP.

Photos may include residents, visitors, personal belongings, documents, keys, meters, or other personal or sensitive information. Users should review content before capturing, saving, exporting, or sharing, and obtain appropriate permission when needed.

The app does not provide legal advice, determine restoration costs, assess contractual liability, replace required explanations, or replace professional inspections.

Important matters should be confirmed with contracts, property managers, qualified professionals, or appropriate authorities.
